Bannister Drain TrailSummer 2009

The new Bannister Drain Trail section, south of King Avenue West, runs along the west side of the Pierce Building and turns east by Lazy Boy Furniture to cross 29th Street West. It then continues behind Michaels, Old Navy, Home Depot and Big Bear. It connects to the Midland Subdivision trail section that was built previously by Veeder and McRae to 24th Street West. The trail currently ends there. BikeNet has contributed $25,000 through Ales for Trails fundraising efforts for this project.
